The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Okay so...FANIME WAS A TOTAL BLAST.......except/until.....I got food poisoning. AND NOT JUST ME. Ladelle also was taken down (her's was WAAAY worse than mine) earlier in the day and I was taken down in the evening. We're not sure what it was...but we're blaming Johnny Rockets.

AND BECAUSE I AM A COMPLETE IDIOT...I keep eating shit I shouldn't. Like Ham and Cheese. Or heavy Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches.

I should just stick to saltines......BTW: I am still unwell. I'm going to crash hopefully for all of tomorrow as soon as I'm done typing this.

IF YOU WENT TO FANIME AND GOT SICK I WANT TO KNOW. I have a weird feeling there was something wrong with San Jose because I can't believe it was just a small handful of people.

BUT HERE ARE SOME OF THE GOOD THINGS!!

I for some reason had a hard time finding people(granted I was down for a day) but I FINALLY managed to find Soo. I found Lisha's booth but she was at a different con. Jenny was not there 8(

was there with her BEAUTIFUL Doctor Who pins. I bought the whole set. YES THE WHOLE SET! I am IN LOVE with her Master pin and Captain Jack and her re-vamped 10th doctor. AND of course her ADORABLE Rory pin. Just....all of them are so freakin' cute.

It took me forever to find

's booth but I found it finally on the last day and she was SUPER awesome and sold

her final print of Robin and Batman(The BATMAN I HAD NO IDEA WAS IN THE PICTURE...so very Batman....soooo very batman...HE IS THE NIGHT)
I snagged her Steampunk England +++ *u* +++

FOUND A NEW AMAZING ARTIST(new to me anyway)

and bought her AWESOME Coy Robin pics. ANOTHER SUPER COOL GIRL who gave me a discount. I already adore her *u*

Snagged some very nice NIIIIIICE Batman and Catwoman shirts and I even tricked myself into buying a Hetalia England shirt. IT HAD THE BRITISH CREST!! I HAD TO!!

And my pride and joys. ....They kill me everytime I think about them. Two. That's right TWO. Asami Ryuuichi from Target in the Finder by the AMAZING Ayano Yamane....posters. So. Freakin'. Excite.

The One Piece meet-up was fun and ho-hum at the same time. It was my first time being at a huge meet-up. I went to one Naruto meet-up ages ago but this was my first one with friends. Sadly the Davey Back Fight games didn't have enough people to play and REALLY compete but we all went away with posters *u* I helped Reyn with the Trivia contest though Ho ho ho

And being Gokudera was totally fun. I had a girl NOT be sure who I was until I walked past and she saw dynamite sticking outta my butt pocket. Pretty funny.

SO ALL IN ALL A GOOD TRIP AND A FUN CON despite the lack of schedules and the hilarious protesters and the food poisoning that I'm still dealing with.

Can't wait for AX 8D
